Waligner is an independent illustrator, animator, and comic creator, known for illustrating Maomao, Rukia, or Megumin, although generally any flat-chested character is his weakness. They are also known for comics such as "Pandora's Box," "The Queen of the Verdigris House Vol. I & II," and "The Spell That Made Us Come Together," among others.
