Refund policy

While we do not allow returns, we will ship out free replacement packages for any damaged or missing orders. If your order arrives with an issue or doesn't arrive at all, please use the contact form below to reach out to us ASAP and we will get things resolved. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we will always refund an order if it hasn't been shipped out out, so if you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, please let us know and we will refund.
