Most orders are shipped out within a week using an envelope and stamps. For most US orders, it should take about 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, it can take 1-4 weeks.

When your order is shipped out, you should get an email telling you. Sometimes this email will include a tracking number, sometimes it won't, depending on whether it was shipped with a label or stamps. Unfortunately, sometimes the automated system doesn't work as well as it should. If you ever have a questions about your order, please use the contact form below.

Some people would say you shouldn't give away your secrets, but if someone wants to make their own stickers, I highly encourage them to!

While the whole process is pretty involved, I'm going to give a quick run through of it. Our stickers are all made in-house by me, Bryce using a combination of two different printers and cutters. Using a program called Silhouette Studio, I assemble sheets which I then send to the printer. Afterward, I take that paper, press it onto a sticky cutting mat, and put it into the cutting machine. Silhouette Studio prints registration marks onto the paper that tell the cutter exactly where to cut and using the program, I tell it to automatically cut the stickers into the shape I want. After that they're peeled off, inspected for any blemishes, packaged in a plastic bag and put in the envelope for shipping!

We use two different printers. One is an Epson EcoTank ET-2800. This is a smaller printer that we mainly use for printing 6 inch and below stickers and envelopes. It isn't too pricy and prints beautifully. The other printer is a bit pricier, an Epson EcoTank ET-8500, but it allows us to print larger sheets. We mostly use this for prints and 8-inch stickers.

As for settings, it varies depending on what we're doing, but for the most part we're printing ultra premium photo glossy, high or best quality, adobe RGB 2.2 colors.

Once again, we use two different machines, but they're basically the same. We use Silhouette Cameo 4 and a Silhouette Cameo 5α. This is largely because the program that comes with it, Silhouette Studio, is so powerful.

For standard stickers, the settings vary, but it's normally something close to: 1 speed, 24 force, 2 passes, 3 depth, and, most importantly, line segment overcut ON.
